Customer ServiceWe ship to the United States and all territories. Shipping is via USPS priority mail. Shipping is $5.50 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. All orders are shipped the next business day after payment has cleared. Delivery time is 2 - 3 days. We ship to Canada. Shipping is by USPS first class or priority international depending on weight. All orders over 4 pounds, usually 11 bags or more, must be shipped by USPS priority international. Delivery time is 6 to 10 days for priority mail. The postal service does not provide a delivery time for first class. First class can take up to 30 days, I do not know why some orders have taken that long. All orders are shipped the next business day after payment has cleared. To obtain the status of an order, enter the confirmation number and click Go!. |
